I am using Access 2000, I want to create a new Toolbar item that will take the data from on form and put to another form.
In Access I went to Tools/Customize.... and then clicked the Commands tab on the Customize window. From the Categories window I selected Toolbox, and in the Commands: area I selected the Command Button and dragged it to my forms toolbox. So in the toolbox I select my item and go back to the Customize window and select Modify Select button/Properties. A Toolbox Control Properties window is displayed. In the On Action I enter a function name. Then I close both the customize and toolbox windows and click on the new item I added and try to add to a form but I am unable to add to any form.
Any ideas why I can get this new item to any of my forms?
Thanks in advance.
