Error on close of programe?

Made this programe that has a database on it with names and addresses, compiled it as a programe and it runs OK until you close the programe and it comes up with the following

haven't got a scooby doo (clue) what it means. All the data that goes into the database is OK and nothing as far as I can see is wrong with windows however when the programe is being built in the application wizard setup I get dependancy file out of date I dont know if that is causing somthing, anybody got any Ideas

It's always worth updating the dependency info just so as to be in a position to rule that out as a genuine cause...

I can't remember of the top of my head, but i think if you follow the on screen instructions/prompts you can update the info.
