    Annoying VS.studio .net **sorted**

    Silly question really but it's really bugging me.

    How can i stop Visual Studio from screwing around with my asp/html tags when i switch from the html tab to design and back again VS often adds a load of useless tags and reformats my text to make it harder for me to read.

    I've looked through all the options but can't seem to find anything.
