Saving picture (but saving both backgroundimage and image into 1 file)

I want to save a image from a picturebox , ofcourse this is easy.. BUT i want to save both background image AND "foreground" image into 1 file , this because the foreground image contains a image with an alpha channel.

thus creating a nice image over image effect....

so how can i do so?
