    Question

    Hi!
    I have a scanner which can read barcodes. It is connected to my comm port 1. How do i get it to display on a text box or label what it has read? Please HELP!

    You can't open a com port twice. That means you have to read your comport with a terminal (ProComm or your own in VB) connected to the same com port. You also should know the protocol of your scanner.
