I am pretty sure my computer gets overloaded during loops. I program in VB at school and I have no problems with the loops I use. But, I go home and program the exact same thing on my laptop and it runs really slow, then a blue screen will pop-up and my computer restarts. My laptop isn't exactly a slow computer either, its a 2.8 Ghz processor and 20 gb of memory and 512 MB of RAM. What could be the problem? My coding? Also, it would happen when I played Runescape on it, I'm guessing because of the game loop used. Any comments/solutions would be greatly appreciated.

Anyway, it's probably over heating..... that or the framework/whatever needed isn't isntalled correctly.

Try running it in the developers enviroment (VB or C++), then you cantrace the problem...

I honestly don't think it is overheating, I only have this problem when I play Runescape or program with a main loop. I can play movies, or much bigger games and not have this problem.
How do I run it in the developer's environment?
