I would like to start a new project using Tapi32.ocx

what i want to do is to build a program that will allow me to call a modem
and the modem will answer the call.

voice prompts will be:
1. ask me to enter my pin number. ( username account code )
2. what type of dialer do i want to program? press 1, 2 , 3 for options.
3. enter account number
4. enter pin code.
5. send Program sequence using DTMF dialing

and hang up.

6. call back the user by phone.
and let them know that the dialer is now programed.
so do a test call.

can you tell me how would i go about doing this?

would i have to use a dialogic card?
or can i do this with a regular voice modem?
do i have to use windows Tapi or anything else?
