Invalid page fault in module SCRRUN.DLL

I can run my program by clicking a start button I have on my main form. When it is pressed it is disabled . When it finishes it's process it is re-enabled. If I click start a second time I get the error below and the program dies. Any ideas? Thanks.

It could be to do with the way you handle the waiting for the Process to do its thing, if you paste some source we can take a better look.
