SQL SELECT Statement Parser

Does any one have any VB Code that will parse a SQL SELECT Statment and Identify WHAT Columns, tables, etc are in a SELECT Statement? I am wanting to Mainly Identify what Columns are in the statement but the other information may come in useful also. Thanks
