upgrading win98 with 2000 ?!

hello,

did anybody upgraded windows 98 to 2000?!

i just got the cd and was just wondering about any problems i might encounter while doing so.

Should i upgrade or clean install ?

I would definitely recommend clean install. Actually, never upgrade windows - whenever installing it, install into a new folder. That way it actually works when you start it up :). Seriously, I had a few problems with Win2K, because it is very fussy on legacy (old!) hardware.
