I created a legal size report . I want to shrink that report and print in 8.5 X 11 . Somebody help me in this regard Thanks in advance

Use the File->Printer Setup menu to set the paper size.

Adjust all the fields so everything fits in 8.5 x 11. Actually, make sure you move the fields around before setting the paper size.
