Network Properties - Help

I need to know is there any way to change the access control in the network(Control Panel/Network) settings on Windows 95.
I need to be able to change from
Shared Level access control to User Level access control.
And specify a domain.

Also I need to know how to change the configurations under
TCP/IP properties. I need to enable File Print Sharing.

Any help would be much appreciated

You might be able to do this in the registry, no idea where though!!
