OPC-DDE server for use with VB.NET?

Gentlemen:

I just found out that VB.NET does not support any longer DDE or OPC as they used to in VB6. Does anyone know how to work around this issue? Or where to get an OPC-DDE server for use with VB.NET?

Sure, you can do.
You can use OPC ActiveX control with your VB.NET IDE. You can create application to read/write OPC tags in OPC Server.

There are many of OPC ActiveX you can find. A low cost ActiveX control with unlimited tags capable I know is COPC32. Pls visit http://www.scadathai.com to download it and try. You can see the tutorias how to use it with VB,VB.NET and C# too.
