A friend recently asked me about creating shortcuts w/ vb3 for win95 16bit. His computer is too old to run anything newer, so thats all it can handle. I'm not too familiar w/ 16 bit programming (all i'd do was call STKIT432.DLL, but needless to say, vb3 can't do that) so i thought i'd post here for him, since i told him I'd ask around... anyone have any ideas? Understand how links work maybe (like how to make your own [they're not just simple files with the link location unfortunately, when I opened one up it had a bunch of gibberish before the actual link] so he could save something as a *.lnk maybe?). Oh well... please respond.
