Hello,

I am tearing the hair out of my head with this problem.

Basically , I have an email in my mailbox , that I cant delete or open.
WhenI double click on email in outlook , it gives me message , Cant Open Item. In the preview pane , it has , 'the item contains active content that cant be displayed in preview pane , open item to read its contents'

Whats making the problem worse , that the email contains some attachment , that is been picked up in a virus scan of all the mailboxs (with Groupshield for exchange 2000).
Every time the scan is done , it picks up the particular email and displays error messages.
At the same time it cant be deleted from outlook.

Does anyone have any ideas , on how to get rid of the email directly from exchange??
