Ok, I designed a Media Player and I need a plugin that can play SPC files.
For those of you that don't know what
SPC's are, they are the sound files that
are within the super nintendo system
games. You can rip them with emulators.

If anyone knows how to decode these,
please let me know.

It needs to be written for version 3.6
which hasn't been released yet.
