Hey all,
I just did a project that required me to develop a way for a web site owner to update content on each asp.net page, yet not screw anything up. So I had to have a way for them to create html content like you would in frontpage, but it had to be web based. After a lot of searching, and trying a bunch of different software out there, I found this one:

Just want to say it was great, and if anyone is looking for a web based html editor, this one is very good.
Edit: And it is FREE!

Wow, I like that one a lot. I was searching and searching around for a free one, and the best I found was the link I gave. Since that one is done in C#, I will be switching over to it REAL soon. I think the customer will be happier also.
Thanks Lethal.... guess I should have checked with you first...lol.

No problem. I am working on version 2 of my forums (not much time to put into it right now), and I am going to be using this control. It's amazing that it is free with full source!

I agree. I might make a donation if the control works as advertised. I got to support things like this because it saves me a crap load of work.

If you ever surf around the ASP.NET Version 2 Beta Forums, you'll notice they use the same control!

That control is great. There are a couple settings that aren't quickly obvious, but nothing complicated. I integrated it into the site and everything is working great. The owner loves it. Thanks Lethal for directing me towards that.

Do all these require IE 5.5+? - anyone know of any that work for Netscape, Mozilla etc.

No problem, I'll be sure to contact you if I run into any problems when I get a chance to integrate it into my site. :D

I am pretty sure the FreeTextBox one that Lethal recommended requires IE 5.5+ because it uses MSDHTML or something like that.
The one I mentioned has a beta, and it says it supports these:
(beta) - IE 5.5+ (Windows)/Mozilla 1.3 (all OS) cross platform

What's great about the freetextbox control is that it will render correctly on uplevel as well as downlevel browsers.
