Permission to Function with Active Directory

Hi All

In COM+ with role i can do permission to every
User For interface /Metod/Function I want to do that
With Active Directory but i know that Active Directory
cant manage just resource (As Tomi Say).
But can someone know the way that i can manage components
With Active Directory .i mean if i have function i want
That group in the Active Directory have permission to use this function or not
