Here's a strange error for you all to figure out(RESOLVED ALL TO EASILY)

Okay, I've had this error on and off since I got my computer about 6 months ago. It's a brand new Dell Dimension 8250.

When I Hit CNTRL+ALT+DELETE, this is all I get. Obviously, it should have a title bar and tabs. In fact sometimes it does, but most of the time it just looks like this.

I do adjust a lot of setting and such(msconfig, etc), but I do know what I'm doing, so I don't know how it got messed up. Even if I put all the settings back to default it doesent help.

Any suggestions?

Oh wow, do I feel stupid now!

That's a dumb feature, BTW. There ought to be some indication that you can do that. It doesent seem very intuitive if you ask me.

It isn't default like that, YOU have to do it.

Also, it is useful for leaving up to check processes

Hmm, I must have double-clicked it sometime by accident.

Oh well, at least I have intelligent people to ask for help when I goof up.
