Traced problem to DLINK DFE-530TX (rev c) when removed restarts properly. Any one got a fix for this?

I have the DLINK DFE-530TX PCI Fast Ethernet Card and have had no problems with it. I think that the DFE-530TX+ version and the DFE-530TX version use he same drivers. You could try that. I just used the drivers that windows installed. I would try the drivers for the DFE-530TX first.

Disable Advanced Power Management in the BIOS. Try again.

*eep* Wrong :) About the drivers that is....

DFE-530TX uses the VIA Rhine chipset, the TX+ uses the Realtek RTL8139, and the TXS uses the Sundance Alta chip.

Weird huh =/
