    crystal report designer

    hi friends,

    i have a crystal report 8.5 designer in my project, whenever i make the exe of my project i get the following error, and the vb is closed. i am having vb6 as well as vb.net installed on my XP system, does this cause any problem.

    "Visual Basic has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."

    hi,

    did u download some patches from crystal-decisions.com for using crystal reports 8.5 for interacting from vb.if not download patches from www.crystal-decisions.com then it will work.
