    Unhappy Help - Writing Plugin

    I am currently attempting to write a cache/proxy plugin for Windows Media Services 9. Unfortunately I have little experience in this sort of programming and have never written a class library before.

    If anyone has done this before please let me know or if you have any tip on writing class libraries or Windows Media 9 Services Plug-ins please let me know!

    Some more specific info:
    I am using VB .Net 2003
    I want to use reverse proxy functionality
