Error loading form with a DataGrid control.

I have a form called frmCategory which loads when I open my project. Whenever, I open this project I get a message that there was an error loading the frmCategory and to check the frmCategory.log for error details. I checked the file and I get the following message: Line 16: Class MSDataGridLib.DataGrid of control dgCategory was not a loaded control class. Evidently, my DataGrid references Class MSDataGridLib.DataGrid which has not been loaded. How do I resolve this error?
