I'm running Visual Basic.NET, and according to the "Helps", I should be able to access the Crystal Report Designer by "Adding a New Item" and selecting "Crystal Reports" from the templates. The problem is, I don't have any reference to Crystal Report in the list of "New Item" templates.

According to my documentation, Visual Studio.NET automatically includes a version of Crystal Reports.

So, how do I get a new Crystal Report started in VB.NET?
