VS2003 vs. VS2002

I personally found vs2002 buggie and was hoping that vs2003 would fix most of them. What i found out is that it is just as buggie and uses more resources.

the only benefit is free dotnetfuscator...

No trouble here and its much faster. I also like a lot of the little things they put back or added. For instance the dim during for each and the selecting of events from the dropdowns the same as vb6.
