How much to charge

I know this has been asked before, but how much should I charge per hour for doing Windows programming work? Mostly VB, and possibly some C.

If it makes much difference, I have a bachelor's degree in EE (with software emphasis), and about 7 years VB experience.

Set a design cost and then add on a cost for each hour you spend developing :) :) :) :)
