This happened out of the blue . Look at the attached image and you'll understand everything . and more thing , the status bar doesn't show also , I have (for many times) to click view and then check status bar item . How can I get IE Windwos to its original state ??

For Status bar, open My Computer, View, and let it show the status bar. Then go to Tools> Folder Options > View and click Apply to All Folders. This should solve the problem of not showing status bar. And for windows being minimized, change the size of this minmized windows several times and then it will open at the desired size.
