I spawn a new window from code, this window can be closed, and then the same window again can be spawned, with different parameters.

I have got this to work on Windows 2000 computers, that's not the problem,

What i need to do is get in to work on NT workstations, (the second window holds the old information)

I have found out that i need "WINDOWS DESKTOP UPDATE" to be installed for this to work, but,
As my NT machines have i.e. 5 or above i can't install the component from the component list in control panel, add new software.

Is there a way to edit the registry of something so i can install this component?

Before you reply, i know i can remove internet explorer to a previous version and install 4, chose the component, then install 5 back, this takes almost 1 hour to one PC, i have a network of around 200 work stations!

Please reply with your suggestions... as the subject indicates, this is very urgent
