I'm trying to debug an application that contains references to two other solutions that exist on two different tiers. For the most part the application itself runs fine, but I am having trouble successfully stepping through it today. I keep updating my web service and building and rebuilding, but when it jumps to the other solution with which my app is working, it keeps missing the break points I set up, and is going somewhere else. I don't know what else to do.

Since I am using SourceSafe, I even tried getting all latest files, rebuilding, and refreshing references and even though the IDE in my app (when debugging) shows the new file, it's still going to the wrong lines. How does it still have the old files in memory? I've even tried restarting IIS and the IDE itself. Should I boot the machine?

Ugh.
