QWERTY

It drives me crazy sometimes when I answer a question using VB 6 and then someone tells me that he/she doesn't have VB 6 and that in VB 5 it won't work. Would it be possible to include some kind of "Please enter your VB version" field during the registration and then add it to the profiles of the member so it could be easily accessible during answering the question? It would help sometimes to answer some questions more properly.

Hehe Qwerty, do you mean like a Combobox, than the user selects the version(s) they use, than it gets put in your profile like:

Language: Visual Basic
Version: 3.0, 4.0, 5.0, 6.0

Hehe, that'd be cool :).

Why not just have it in your signature? That might be a little easier than having to access it through the profile.

Yeah, but Megatron, I don't want a signature. Plus, if the person really cares about you that much to actually look in your profile, that's where it should be. Even though signatures look nice with some names, I don't really want to have a signature. Dunno what to put in it (other than what you said: the Vb Version).

Some witty remark or profound observation on life.

Or like me, an anti-religious comment ;)
