My mail server is acting strange lately, all the drives on the system are marked as read only??

When I try to uncheck it, it looks fine, but as soon as I open up the properties again it's checked read only.....

I'm running my mail on the server, and it's not registering the e-mails in the file system as they come in...because of this..so i'm losing a lot of mail...any help is really appreciated!
