Toolbar Control and shortcut key

i have created toolbar control. it has some button like New,Edit,Delete ,Save,...etc. now i want to assign Shortcut key like New for Ctrl+N to my toolbar control,

IS IT WORK at Client place by press ctrl+N? if Yes then what to do.
