Will msmapi32.ocx work with windows XP, if not why.

They should work if installed correctly - ie., registered.
it's on this XP box.

Obviously you're having a problem - what's up?

MY IT DEPT WERE CONVINCED THIS WOULD NOT WORK UNDER WIN XP AND I NEEDED CONFIRMATION IT WOULD.
