e-mail or URL harvesting???

Anyone know where I could find some code that searches HTML pages for e-mail addresses and/or URL's?? I want to make a customized version of Atomic Harvester or Rocket Mail or something to that effect, but wanted to get an engine or some code snippets. Thanks for any help!

Sorry if I'm providing to many links. But here is the link to a bas file that will scan for email addresses. Only problem is, it's for VB 3.0. But you can arrange the code and make it for your VB version.
