    Video Editing software

    Anyone know of a free proggie to edit off parts of
    a video file?

    There's Windows Movie Maker, but I think you have to save your file as WMV which is internet oriented so it's low quality. The only really good video editing software i've seen is Adobe Premier which goes for about $600.
