Does anybody know how to get at the .NET Compact framework class libraries for devloping Windows CE compatible applications?

Is it something additional that you've got to download or is it part of the standard .NET install? :confused:

Used to be able to get the beta for free - but its closed now (http://msdn.microsoft.com/vstudio/device/sdebeta.aspx). Its included with vs.net 2003 which is only $29 to upgrade until 30/09/03 (http://msdn.microsoft.com/vstudio/howtobuy/upgrade/vstudio03/default.aspx)

Cheers...I was hoping to be able to do it in .NET 2002 but I guess I'll have to upgrade.
