Hey anyone know any way of obtaining financial aid in the US for further education. I am going to be studying there and I am aware of the FAFSAA(the govenrment financial aid) but I do not qualify for that as it is only for citizens and permanent residents and I am not either of the two. Could someone kindly help me if they know other ways of obtaining financial aid.
Would really appreciate all the help I can get
Thanks

There is this really new concept that very few people are aware of...
What happens is when you get there you report to any company that has a specific type of notice in their window saying "help wanted" and you apply for a job.
Now this "job" is an agreement to exchange services for financial aid based on a rate agreed by the government.
It might take some getting used to the concept but maybe this is a method you could use to get financial aid while over there....
:D :D :D :D :D
.....rob a bank. You would probably get to meet some really nice FBI agents as well.:):)
Seriously have no idea, in oz you caren't get financial aid as a foreign student, it's hard enough getting it if your an aussie...so the US is probably going to be even tighter.

I live in california..the western part of the us.
and there is a thing here and in the rest of the u.s. called
"Affirmative Action"..and too be completely honest with you..
what it is...special aid and treatment for foreign people..
Ive seen it with my own eyes...am a citizen of this country..well hell i was born here i beter damn well be...and i couldnt get finacial aid..but the foreigner that applied behind me got it easy..i mean damn he couldnt even speak ENGLISH!!!!!.So dont worry about it when you get to this country..make sure you go to a college where your race is mostly based there..and believe me you will get it ..one way or the other....
And for all you who think am full of it...hehehe you dont know the story so dont bother flaming.
