Client side Objects

Hi all,

Need some help to create vbobject at client's computer ,
there should not be further frequent server interaction ,only the first time it needs to be created using the server as such how flash is intialized for first time.

then after i will give some informations at different occasions ,
that client object should check whether the server sent any information, if so it has to update itself.

my aim is to reduce network traffic i dont want the same hell lot of informations to be tripped in the network for every request.

my ultimate aim is to increase the stateless protocol's effiency as
equals to stateful protocols .
and this is going to work curreltly on intranet and i dont bother
about the security bla bla things.

Giants who have gon throgh activex control on web pages,doing researches on activex technology can help and suggest me in a right path.
