    how to fit the size of a picture to an image in an userform

    everything is in the subject, i got an image in an userform, and i want to insert a picture inside it, i want the picture to fit the size of the frame, but i can't find the right syntax

    Change the PictureSizeMode property of the Image control to stretch or zoom.
