I set a password to .mdb file. when i am trying to connect to this database through OLEDB Provider 4.0 in Data Environment Designer, i am getting the following error for test Connection.


Microsoft Data Link Error

" Test connection failed because of an error in initializing provider.
Cannot start your application. The workgroup information file is missing or opened exclusively by another user."


How can i resolve??
