Activelock Version 1.5 -- Questions(HELP!)

I am currently using ActiveLock v1.5 for VB6, and I came across a little problem:
When my program starts and the user hasn't registered, he gets a registration screen. It limits the user to a 30-day trial of the program.
My question is: How to I detect if the user has changed the time back, or foward, so I can prevent the user from executing the program.

I thought the program itself detects that.
It is in the active lock code...IE..make a version
of the program and run it and then change your settings to see what happens...it should detect it.
