    Need Help Designing a report

    Hi

    I am trying to design a 4 page report . I need to print controls like check box, Option Buttons , Text box (about 60 controls on each page) etc with values populated from the datebase.
    Can anyone advice how to start of this report .

    Is it good idea to do this in Microsoft word ?
