I have one user with this problem. Certain reports, when run to the screen, come up blank. She clicks on the refresh button and all the data appears. If she were to run the report dirtectly to the printer, it is blank, so she needs this extra step. Since nobody else seems to be suffering this malady, I must assume it is system specific to her. She is running XP Pro (like the rest of us). She is runing the same exe as the rest of us. She has the same level of Crystal dlls, etc as the rest of us. And, to make it weirder, it doesn't happen on every report.

Anybody else experienced this?
