Visual Data Manager in VB5?

I'm building a database app in VB5, and using Visual Data Manager to create the DB. How do you build relationships between fields in different tables? I didn't find how to assign the foreign key while building the tables.

I viewed the DB in Access and I built the relationships there. Then viewed the DB once again in Visual Data Manager, it didn't show certain fields as a foreign key.
