Oversizing forms with scroll bars

I would like to force a form to grow beyond the screen (width and length) and add scroll bars to view the contents off the screen. I can do this putting the information in a picture box, and extending the picture box. But I can't seem to over-extend the form off the screen. (I have additional tables I want to add to a form that users will use the scroll bars to view). Any suggestions? Thx --Dean
