Question Creating a text box similar to VS.net editor

Does anyone know how to go about creating a text box, similar to the one in the VS.net IDE.

Using Spy ++, it came up as a 'VsTextEditPane' which is obviously a custom microsoft component.

Thank you in advance for any assistance you can offer.

Nope, I mean, you know how it groups parts of the forms together, and allows u to show and hide subs / functions, by clicking the + / - icon beside its name.

There may be some attempts already out there for free, but here is one to that isn't (it was easier to find). I haven't tried it out or anything yet though.
