    if your missing it after using your installer on another machine make sure they have installed MDAC

    Thx tried it didn't work I have tryed to package it and deploy it toseveral differant PC with all differant windows instaled from 95 to xppro and none of them work lots of differant missing files failed to instal etc etc etc...................... must have a problem with my PC

    that isnt a file you should try to deploy yourself with your installer

    its a part of ms data access components and probably depends on a bunch of other files

    you have to install the entire mdac package, for simplicity, I usally just tell peopel that are missing it to use the ms installer package

    if they are installing on win95, they probably also need the DCOM patch
