also how big is the upgrade version (2002 to 2003)?

i guess most distributions are on dvd now.

On cd i think still 7. the new features aint that big, so theres some space left on the cd's to add it :)

I dont know how many CDs, but if you download it from MSDN its on 650meg zip file. Unzipped, its about 1.3gigs. Thats minus MSDN libraries.
