Ok, off the slew of war topics
this pregnant lady went missing on Xmas eve... 7+ months pregnant...
so a female body just washed to shore a few days ago.. as did a full term baby boby... with amilical cord still attached... about 2 miles from where the husband (that was having an affair no less) went fishing (alone) that same day she went missing... plus a few weeks later he sold her car and bought himself a new one
hmmmmmm better bring colombo in for this one..
worst part is the womans family still thinks the husband is innocent of any wrong doing..

Prolly a good Idea to make sure the DNA test says it is her first. Quite a few people go missing in the San Francisco bay area every year. Quite possible it is not her. If it is her then warm up the chair, It's time to fry a murderer.

oh yeah i know they need the 100% evidence... which is why DNA testing is such a good technology.. but come on.. you know he did it... a woman AND a new born baby washes up on the shore where he was fishing.. sounds pretty fishy to me

I don't know he did anything yet. I know if those corpses turn out to be his wife and unborn child he is the one who wacked em.

oh yeah i forgot to mention 2 facts
1) county prossecutor said there are no reports of woman/child missing in that area
2) the husband took out a 250,000 life insurance policy on his wife shortly before she disappeared

life without parole is a worse punishment dont you think?
i mean it sucks because it takes up our tax dollars...
i think prisoners should make their own money doing jobs inside the prison which should cover the costs of operating it... that is how i would do it if i was in charge anyway

Depends on the person. I know guys that I grew up with that get themselvs arrested as soon as they get out of jail on purpose just to go back. Its a free ride they don't have to work or worry about eating in prison. Hell they even get cabel TV for free. I have to pay for mine. I don't want to foot the bill for people who have become dependant on the "system" like that. I say fry-em.
Work systems in prisons don't work. It has been tried and the labour unions shut it down. Who wants to pay U and me $10.00 an hour to dig a ditch when they can get a prisoner to do it for minimum wage.

More than one electricity supplier uses low risk prisoners to do their customer servide call centres..it's not about digging ditches any more.

"Hello ACME Electricty customer service. If you have a complaint, hang up or I'm gonna fit you with concrete shoes and chuck you into the SanFrancisco bay.":)
Hell, I'm all for it if they can keep the Labor Unions from flipping out over it.
