    The visual studio.net on my machine has only got the visual basic in the project types. How is it possible to instal c# too. i.e. which visual studio CD is required? Thanks guys

    Do you only have Visual Basic.Net or do you have Visual Studio.Net? If you have Visual Studio .Net, then just put in the first CD, then go through the install process. Click customize where needed so you can check C# to be installed.
